Welcome to the Troubled Consumer Website. As you can see, we haven't launched yet but are working hard to bring this project to life. Our plan is to provide a great consumer advocacy site anchored by a podcast that will provide strong opinions about things that bother us as consumers. Our goal is to identify with products, experiences and business practices that at one time or another annoyed all of us, and provide solutions.
